Yeah, i couldn't actually figure out who was santa, but people were telling people not to cut in line and stuff. It was pretty funny

I guess it was a bunch of different things. I saw some people the got alcohol and sweets and some were saying the got various mods and stuff. didn't hear of any ecto's or things of that nature though.

I'd been giving away minipets in Kamadan on Sunday and popped into Lion's Arch for the tail end of this event. I started whispering with one of the guys (Gideon was part of his name) who was giving away a green staff. He said he'd accumulated 120 greens and was giving most of them away.

I see this Wintersday season as an opportunity to clean out my storage. I don't see a lot of sense in accumulating any more gold as there's not going to be a lot more to buy in GW with GW2 starting beta testing sometime in 2008. So I might as well give my excess away to players in need.
